Review of Japan's economic condition
Japan's economy this year before the disaster of The Great East Japan earthquake was expected to get rid of the economic standstill and recover moderately led by the export increase due to the growth of emerging economy and the picking up of the US economy.
The damage brought by the disaster occurred 3.11.2011 was so devastating and wide along the Pacific shore area from Tohoku district to Kanto district that whole damage situation is not still clearly unknown. Therefore the impact of this disaster to our operation is not still clear. Fortunately none of our members injured and none of our production facilities damaged.
The most urgent task and policy
The most urgent task and policy for the management of our company will be always Quality(Q), Cost(C), Delivery(D), Service(S) and the talented members.
Concrete plan to work out
In our main market of the heavy electric equipment, the business fixed investment of domestic electric power industries are firm enough and the infrastructure business in advanced and emerging nations overseas are very active.
However we are to attain our goal of business plan and successive growth of our company through the activities of raising the each level of quality, cost, delivery and service by winning out the intensified competition in the market.
To be concrete we shall establish the optimum production system to be able to ship the products of high quality and high cost performance with short delivery by the optimum combination with Minami-kusastu factory, newly constructed and started recently, and the existing Kusastu and Shin-asahi factory.
