The new type terminal block prevents wiring mistake and reduces checking work with wire dropping-off prevention function. TQ type is more compact than conventional TJ type and compatible to test tools. The unit color is gray, which enables easy differentiation from conventional block unit color.
TQ type Terminal block with wire dropping-off prevention function
TQS type is capacitor built-in terminal block with wire dropping-off prevention function. The size of TQ-5.5 type has been more compact than conventional TCS-14 type, which meets the needs of downsizing and work saving.
TPC type terminal block provides electrical continuity with the mounting rail simply by wiring with it. Common grounding is ensured by connecting a ground wire to a terminal of TPC unit or by directly grounding wiggh the mounting rail.
The panel back size is shorter than conventional TK type by about 25%. Faston tab type and screw thpe are available as standard line up, and collective mounting is also available.
Degree of protection of HSA type is IP65 and oil-proof, which applys to wide variety of applications. The selector type and illuminated pushbutton are also available. Terminal covers are provided as standard equipment.
FH type is a cam-operated switch for downsizing and space saving. With the vack terminal mechanism, the wiring terminal unit can be separated from the operation unit body. In addition to standard manual return type, handle removal type, automatic return (push and pull) type are also available.
High dust-preventive sturucture prevents foreign substance invasion. High anti-flammable PBT plastic is adopted as the body unit. The terminal cover is provided as standard equipment.
Commodity type screw terminal enables easy change or adding wires by only commodity type crimp terminal without special tools. 24 and 36 pole type are available. High contact reliability is ensured by 4-point contact and silver plating.
Indicators built-in relays inside the unit reduce auxiliary relays inside the panel. 4 elemets LED improves brightness. Window size lineup is 24mm, 30mm and 40 mm. Various sequence including standard pattern are available.
THT type is Di type and Do type interface unit which structure are common. Di type is insulated by the photo coupler, and convert from 110V DC to 24V DC. Do type controls 110V DC circuit with 24V DC signal from PLC.
PTS type activates output when all -phase voltages fall below a reference voltage by monitoring voltage on each phase of 4wires. The digital switch simplifies the reference voltage setting procedure. With the operation monitor LED, the control power ON / OFF status and monitoring voltage are easily checked.
